These are individual plush of the Pichu Bros. 6 inches tall. I had them bought and shipped from ebay. Growing up I loved the Pichu Bros so I needed a plush of them. The search for them took a while. I found both on ebay but only bought Tuffy since he’s more popular. I couldn’t buy Little until 2 years later. The Pichu Bros. stared only in Pokemon shorts of the anime, but had a game dedicated to them that ironically focused on watching TV.
